An in depth guide to setting up prizes in the CMS TIME TO SETUP ONCE ARTWORK IS READY: 1-2 Minutes

Follow each of the steps below after you have started to add a new Reward in the admin panel. To start adding a new reward, go to the rewards tab and click on 'Add Reward'.

Number of days for user to collect prizes:

This sets the time required/set by you before a customer's prize is removed from their prize list and returned to your inventory. 

Reward Offered By:

Select the retailer or retailers the prize will be available from

Start and End Dates:

Set the start date and end date of the prize.

Inventory:

Set the number of this particular prize you have available to give away. As the prizes are redeemed by customers, the inventory will update, ensuring you only offer what you have available.

Points:

Set the number of points needed to access the prize. 0 for FREE (all users can redeem), other amounts can scale as needed based on the value/discount of the offer.

Usage Frequency:

Set how often you'd like each customer to redeem your reward:

  • Once ever - Customers can only redeem the prize once. After the prize is redeemed they will no longer see the prize in their app

  • Once per day - Customers can redeem the prize once per day. When redeemed, the prize will not appear in their app until midnight (00:00) the following day

  • Once per week - Customers can redeem the prize once per week. When redeemed, the prize will not appear in their app until midnight (00:00) the the 7th day following the date of redemption

  • Once per fortnight - Customers can redeem the prize once per week. When redeemed, the prize will not appear in their app until midnight (00:00) the 14th day following the date of redemption

  • Once per month - Customers can redeem the prize once per week. When redeemed, the prize will not appear in their app until midnight (00:00) the 30th day following the date of redemption

  • Unlimited - Customers can redeem the prize as many times as they like

Name:

Enter the name of the reward. This should be one short sentence.
For example: One free tea or coffee

Description:

Enter the prize description and any terms and conditions. the description is limited to 1,000 characters. For example, One Free tea or coffee (up to medium size) at Norbit Cafe! Show the staff member this prize and then scan the QR code to redeem.

Success Screen Options:

Choose what will show after the customer redeems this reward:

  • Incentivise Facebook Share - If selected, this will display the option to share the prize redeemed on the customer's Facebook page.

  • Default Success Screen - If you do not select Incentivise Facebook share, This displays "Congratulations! You have claimed [prize name] at [retailer/store name].

Collection Message:

This message will appear after the customer taps the 'Redeem' button. It gives them instructions on where to scan.
Eg: Scan the QR code at Norbit Cafe to redeem this prize.

Tap 'Save' Button to finish.
