There are two ways to check prize redemptions:

1. In the reward section: You can export the redemptions of each item by clicking “Download Redeems” button.

In this, you’ll see the date redeemed and time redeemed (when they tapped 'Scan and claim now" or "Reserve"), and also the date claimed and time claimed (when they collected and scanned the QR code). If the date claimed is empty, it means the customer has a prize reserved but is yet to collect it.

2. In the analytics section, put in the start date of your app launch and today's date, then export all redeems using the "export" button located to the right, just above the redeem graph. 

You can then see the overall redemptions for the selected period, and sort each retailer or prize.
