How to upload and manage an Answer to Win competition in the admin.

Assets you'll need:

Competition Banner Image

  • The background cover image for the competition.

  • Artwork size for Competition Banners:

  • The file type must be JPG

  • Optimal dimensions 1920px wide x 1080px high

  • <500KB

Setting up the competition:

  1. Go to the Competitions tab on the left menu bar

  2. Click the 'Create' button on the top right

  3. Select 'Enter to Win' in the drop-down and fill in the name

  4. Fill in the competition details - Name, dates, description, reward details, segment, category.

    Categories will help users navigate your content and it will also impact whether you want to pull the rewards belonging to that category through to the home screen to be optimised. Click here for how to set up categories.

  5. Fill in 'Entry Settings' on the left-hand side of your screen. In 'How Member's Enter' select 'Enter by Answering a Question/s' in the drop-down menu.

  6. Enter the 'Entry question' below the drop-down menu. If you require multiple questions for your competition, you can add additional 'Entry questions' by selecting the 'Add Question' button below 'Entry Question #1'.

    Select answer-type from the options available: radio button, slider & star rating scale, text area, checkbox/multiple choice, image upload (or allow multiple images).

    Eg. This is an opportunity to ask valuable questions regarding what you'd like to see in the centre, any leasing opportunities, marketing plans, receipt upload, feedback etc.

    Note: when utilising more than one 'Entry Question', once the competition has been created, you will NOT be able to edit, add or change the entry questions you have submitted.

  7. Choose the entry mechanism from the drop-down menu and set the frequency on how many times people can enter

8. Click 'Create'
