Answer to Win's can be used to interact with customers and ask valuable questions, seek feedback or as a way to engage with your app users and retailers. It is a valuable feedback tool, for centres, retailers and customers.

It allows you to:

  • Ask people what Christmas eventing they would like - (when doing marketing planning)

  • Asking what stores you'd like to see - (for leasing purposes)

  • What type of rewards people would like to see.

  • Ask people how much they spent and where to unlock a reward.

  • A riddle or joke for novelty holidays - best dad joke, dream valentines date/worst valentines date

Answer to Win's can be a great tool to gain feedback and insight from app users. You can ask them "How much did you spend and where?" By doing this, you're able to build a segment for these competition entrants, which will provide them with a reward for redemption once they've answered the question.

Example Competitions:

  1. Utilising the multiple 'Entry Questions' features by asking your users two questions. E.g. Ask customers 'where they have shopped' in the first question and 'how much they spent' in the second question. As the campaign is "Spend $20 to receive a $10 gift card". Once they have answered both of these questions, the user will be rewarded with a $10 gift card in their 'Rewards' tab. They would then go to the redemption location, scan the QR code and collect their gift card.

2. Tell us what shop you'd love to see come to x centre and go in the draw to win a $100 gift card.

3. Tell us what rewards you'd love to see for your chance to win a family bowls pass!
