How do I verify a user has completed an action?

How to verify if a user has redeemed a reward/completed a QR hunt

Occasionally there will be instances where you may have to verify that a user has actually completed a specific action before you can offer them a deal/reward. In this instance you will have to ask them to do the following steps:

  1. Ask the customer to go to the More tab.

  2. When in the More tab ask them to click on History.

  3. This will show a complete list of customer redemptions/scans/points.

Once you have done this simply ask the customer to find the correct redemption/scan and show it to you.
