Occasionally there will be instances where you may have to verify that a user has actually completed a specific action before you can offer them a deal/reward. In this instance you will have to ask them to do the following steps:
Ask the customer to go to the More tab.
When in the More tab ask them to click on History.
This will show a complete list of customer redemptions/scans/points.
Once you have done this simply ask the customer to find the correct redemption/scan and show it to you.
