Start Up Checklist

Thanks for choosing to integrate Norbit into your marketing! We’re excited to bring your app to life and adding value to your customers, while adding valuable insights about your customers to you!

The below list will help you compile what’s needed to get started designing your Norbit App, and help us do it as quickly as possible.

CHECKLIST:

  • Logo files - EPS file format preferred (pdf, png, svg, or jpg will do if you don’t have the eps)

  • Brand Guide (if available).

  • Some recent examples of marketing collateral

  • Links to your website and social media channels

  • Initial app content - Norbit New Client Spreadsheet completed.

  • Publicly available Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions URLs for the app

Your Branded Assets

Visual Design:

We will design your app using your brand guidelines. To assist, please compile the following items:

  • Logo files - EPS file format preferred (pdf, png, svg, or jpg will do if you don’t have the eps)

  • Brand Guide (if available). We will use the colours from your document in the app design

  • Some recent examples of marketing collateral

  • Links to your website and social media channels

App Name:

We will require a name for your app. This should reflect your brand, and often the brand name will do the job, however some clients have chosen to add descriptors such as ‘rewards’ or ‘points’ into their name.

If choosing a name that is more than your brand name, we recommend following some tips below:

  • It should be short and catchy (preferably under 15 characters, and must be less than 30).

  • It should be clear and informative. This allows the user to know what it does even before reading about it.

  • It should be unique (a google search of the name can show other same/similar names. Also, please ensure it is not trademarked by someone else). This makes sure you stand out of the crowd.

  • It should be easy to pronounce. This makes it easier for people to talk about it.

  • It should be able to grow with you. Once set, the name should never change. Therefore when your centre grows, the same name should always work.
