There are two ways through the domain that you can check the prize redemptions:
In the 'reports' section, the 'reports' tab is on the left menu sidebar. Scroll down to the redemption report section to see all reward redemptions. You can view this report by day or month and see all collection prizes and reserved prizes.
Export a redemptions file, from the 'Rewards' tab on the left menu sidebar. Find the reward you're looking for and next to the reward there is an 'export redemptions' button, by clicking this a file will download containing all the information regarding the reward, including the date and time the prize was redeemed, the customer's information, the retailer the prize was redeemed from etc.
You will be able to see all the essential and necessary information regarding the reward, prizes and redemptions from these files and reports and will allow you to sort the information by period, retailer or prize.
