How to create and manage retailers in the admin.

Involving and engaging retailers is an integral part of the Norbit platform and creating and managing them is a simple process.

How to setup Retailers:

  1. Go to the Retailer's tab on the left menu sidebar

  2. Click ‘Create

  3. Enter the retailer's name and click 'Create'

  4. Fill in the retailer's details- Description, location, store contact details, store picture/logo, links to websites/social media pages and industry.

  5. Fill in the retailers trading hours and uncheck the blue box if there are any days the store is closed.

  6. Click ‘Create

Each retailer will have a company image or logo displayed in the store directory on the app. Retailers at times can undergo re-branding or change their imagery based on seasons, new collections etc and this can sometimes result in the need for new imagery or logos. If at any time you want to change the logo/image for the retailer, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Retailer's tab on the left menu sidebar

  2. Click on the retailer you wish to edit

  3. Click ‘Edit’ in the top right corner

  4. Make any changes

QR codes are provided to the retailers for customers to scan when shopping in-store or redeeming rewards/prizes. If you need to download the QR codes or regenerate any QR codes for retailers this can also be done in the retailer's tab in the admin:

  1. Select the retailer

  2. Click ‘Regenerate QR codes’ or 'Download QR codes' in the top right corner

If for any reason retailers found QR codes in-store weren't working or were displaying incorrect information, you are able to regenerate and redownload new QR codes to display in-store.
