Norbit app rewards offer two processes for customers to claim deals/discounts in your store.

The first process involves customers scanning the appropriate QR Code at the counter to redeem the reward on the app. This is the most common of the two options as it allows you to see the number of redemptions, however, it is only available to app users. If you are receiving reimbursement for prize items than it is important to ensure customers scan in order to track inventory properly.

The second process involves uploading a banner to the rewards tab simply for advertising and awareness purposes. This means that customers see the banner and then go in-store to redeem the deal without using the app or any QR Codes. This is usually used for large store-wide deals such as β€œ15% off select makeup brands storewide.”
