What do I show/tell my staff so that they know how it works?

In order to ensure that the app is used effectively in your store it is important that your staff have a good understanding of what to tell/show customers in order for them to redeem their reward. We have a retailer onboarding pack that explains different competition mechanics that can be found here. Please feel free to show your staff this document to ensure that they are prepared.
