Our Offers feature is designed to enhance your experience on our app. Below, we outline the functionalities and customisation options available within this component:

Under the 'Offers' tab, users can upload various promotional content. Here are the settings you can apply:

  • Upload Multiple Images: Enhance your offer with a gallery of accompanying images.

  • Non-QR Code Redemption: Offer promotions or deals without requiring users to scan a QR code or click a button for redemption.

  • Customisable Button: Personalize the button text to align with your branding or promotion.

  • External URL Link: Direct users to an external webpage by adding a custom button linked to a URL.

  • Monetary Transactions: Offer products or services for sale, accepting payments through eWay (requires account setup).

  • Points Redemption: Set the cost of an offer in points, aligning with our rewards system.

  • Free Offers: Provide free items or services to users.

  • No Expiration Date: Ensure your offers remain accessible indefinitely.

  • Product Features: List specific features of the item or service being promoted, aiding users in their decision-making process.

1. Creating Offers: Navigate to the 'Offers' submenu and select 'Create' to access these customisable settings.

2. Categories and Features:

  • Categories: Enhance organisation by adding categories to your offers. This helps users navigate content efficiently.

  • Features: Define specific features for your offers. For example, hotel features may include amenities like air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, or a minibar. We encourage you to tailor features to your product or service.

By utilising categories and features, you can streamline navigation and optimize content visibility on the home screen.
